A simple and cool recipe for skewers of potatoes on skewers, I recommend everyone to try! Ordinary potatoes baked in the oven become tastier!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. For cooking, it is better to take medium-sized potatoes, they will cook faster and look more appetizing.
  2. Soak the skewers in water so they don't burn when cooked in the oven. We clean the potatoes and send them to the pan, add 1 teaspoon of salt and pour water. Boil potatoes in salt water. Do not digest, my potatoes boiled (cooked) over low heat for 12 minutes.
  3. Drain water from potatoes. Add oil to hot potatoes. Cover the pot with a lid and shake until the oil coats the potatoes on all sides. Add coriander, black pepper and some salt and shake again.
  4. We heat the oven to a temperature of 200 degrees.
  5. We string the potatoes on skewers, put them on a baking sheet and send them to the preheated oven.
  6. Roast potatoes on skewers, turning occasionally, about 20 minutes, until golden brown.
