Shortbread cookies with jam

Easy to prepare but delicious biscuits for the whole family!

Ingredients

  1. Melt butter over low heat, add sugar, stir, then add egg yolks, stir.
  2. Sift flour and soda into a liquid base for cookies, knead, roll
  3. Add wheat flour sifted with baking soda and salt. Knead shortbread dough, roll it into a layer no more than 0.5 cm thick.
  4. Cut out hearts from the dough using a mold, bake, let cool, grease with jam
  5. Cut out the hearts with a cookie cutter (other shapes). Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until tender. Grease the cooled cookies with jam.
