  1. Onion cut into cubes and fry in vegetable oil.
  2. Add cleaned shrimp. Fry over high heat to evaporate the liquid faster.
  3. We make egg and milk mixture.
  4. Beat eggs, milk or cream with a fork or whisk, salt, pepper.
  5. Pour the shrimp with the egg-milk mixture, cover with a lid and reduce the heat.
  6. Bring the omelette to readiness under a closed lid for 5-7 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped herbs. Ready!
