  1. First you need to peel the apples and seeds, then cut them into thin slices or cubes.
  2. Melt 20 g of butter in a frying pan. Saute the chopped apples for 5-10 minutes, until soft, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Meanwhile, while the apples are languishing, let's do the dough. Beat 2 eggs with a whisk, add soda on the tip of a knife, sugar to taste, cinnamon. I added kefir and flour by eye, the dough should turn out to be a little thicker than for pancakes.
  4. Mix the dough with a mixer at low speed until smooth.
  5. We spread the finished apples on a pre-greased silicone mold. Put the dough on top.
  6. Bake until tender, depending on the power of the oven. In my oven, it took about 25 minutes. at 180 degrees.
  7. Cool and, if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar. The charlotte is tender and sweet and aromatic thanks to apples and cinnamon. Enjoy your meal!
