If you treat your loved ones or guests at home with such a simple pizza, everyone will be happy, because this dish in any version usually goes with a bang. We are sure that ours will not be an exception, especially since it contains traditional ingredients, without any exotic: sausage, cheese, tomatoes, olives. Classics of the genre! And we used the usual dough for a simple pizza - yeast dough in water with the addition of a small amount of olive oil. In general, nothing special, except that the dish turns out to be very tasty, satisfying and appetizing. Try it!

  1. Make a simple pizza dough. Sift the flour with salt through a fine sieve into a large bowl. Add dry yeast and stir. Form a small slide from the resulting mixture.
  2. Make a depression on top with a spoon. Pour in warm drinking water and start kneading the dough. Stir in a circle, always in one direction, grabbing flour from the walls of the "crater".
  3. When almost all the flour has been added, pour 1 tbsp into the pizza dough. l. olive oil and continue stirring until smooth, elastic (about 10 minutes).
  4. Form a ball from the resulting dough. Grease a clean bowl with the remaining oil. Put the pizza dough in it, tighten the top with cling film. Leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat oven to 220 ° C. Knead the pizza dough and knead lightly. Roll into a round cake, 25-30 cm in diameter. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  6. Prepare the filling of a simple pizza. Grate the cheese on a medium grater. Cut the ham into thin slices. Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves. Cut the sausages into slices (sausage - slices). Cut the olives into rings.
  7. Brush the dough with tomato sauce, sprinkle with half of the grated cheese. Arrange the pieces of sausage or sausage, tomatoes and olives. Sprinkle with leftover cheese and dried herbs. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake the pizza for 10-15 minutes.
