You don't need any supernatural cooking skills to make a simple tiramisu: it is really very easy to make. By the way, the Italians themselves make a dessert according to this recipe! In fairness, we note that there is another version of tiramisu, which is used by both chefs and some housewives. The cream of the dessert is based on sweet dzaballone sauce, which is cooked in a hot water bath from yolks, sugar and sweet white wine. Then the mass with constant whipping is cooled on ice and only then is combined with mascarpone. Agree: intricate and not too fast. And our simple tiramisu is so good that it does not take a lot of time from the hostess, but at the same time it turns out to be very tasty and allows you to make a virtual trip to beautiful Italy without leaving the apartment.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare coffee to soak the tiramisu base biscuits. Bring water to a boil. Add ground coffee and stir. Bring to a boil again and remove from heat. Let sit for 5 minutes, then strain through 3 layers of cheesecloth. Add 1 tbsp. l. liquor and stir.
  2. Separate the yolks from the whites, beat with a mixer with powdered sugar and the remaining liquor until a light fluffy mass is obtained. Gradually, without stopping whisking, add the whole mascarpone in portions.
  3. Beat the whites in a separate container until they are strong. Combine with the previously prepared mascarpone mass. Beat quickly with a mixer. Cream for simple tiramisu is ready.
  4. Prepare wide tiramisu glasses. Spread the biscuits soaked in coffee with liqueur in layers (dip the biscuits in the liquid and remove quickly) and the cream.
  5. Sprinkle the top layer of tiramisu with cocoa powder through a fine sieve. Refrigerate dessert for at least 2 hours. The top of the glasses can be covered with cling film.
