You can add any spices you like to these "lazy" burgers. If, for example, you like Caucasian cuisine, use suneli hops. If it's Thai - tom-yam paste and so on.

  1. Peel the onion and green bell peppers and chop finely. Combine sugar, salt, pepper and all spices.
  2. Light the coals in the charcoal grill or barbecue (they should burn well and be covered with white ash) or reheat the grill. Anneal the grate and grease. Place a cast iron skillet with oil on the wire rack to heat up. Put green peppers and onions in a frying pan, fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Place the burgers on a wire rack and sauté, 1 minute each. from each side. Then transfer the burgers to the pan with the onions and peppers, break them into the minced meat with a wooden spatula.
  4. Add the spice mix, ketchup, barbecue sauce, mustard and beer to the minced meat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens, about 20 minutes.
  5. Fry the buns on a wire rack, cut downwards until golden brown. Place the bottom of the bun on plates, place the filling on it, place the other half of the bun obliquely, without covering the filling. Sprinkle the filling with fresh chili strips. Serve the burgers with an assortment of colorful tomatoes and red onions.
