Today I have snacks muffins for dinner, and they can be served not only as a hot appetizer, but also as a main course, if you supplement dinner with a hearty vegetable salad, cold cuts.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare food. Boil water, salt and boil the spaghetti according to the instructions until tender. I only cook pasta and spaghetti from hard varieties.
  2. Cut the pork into pieces, twist in a meat grinder or use a blender. Salt and pepper the minced meat, roll up 12 balls. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.
  3. Mix the boiled spaghetti hot with a small part of the grated cheese and stir immediately to melt the cheese and hold the spaghetti together a little. Take a muffin mold (I have silicone tabs to keep the spaghetti from sticking). Divide the spaghetti into tins (12 pieces) and spread over a tablespoon of tomato sauce on top.
  4. Place a ball of minced meat in each nest.
  5. Spread the cheese on top, put generously, with a slide! Put in the oven for 20 minutes, temperature - 180 degrees.
  6. The Nests snack muffins are ready! Serve hot!
