Snack muffins with bacon and corn are perfect for a lunchtime snack or a buffet table. They can be taken for a picnic or on the road. In general, a universal snack for all occasions. And delicious, of course.

  2. Coarsely chop the bacon, fry until crispy over medium heat, 5-7 minutes. Dry off excess fat on a paper towel. Cool to room temperature.
