Snack pie is a fairly quick and easy dish to prepare. It contains a lot of juicy vegetables, two types of cheese, and a dough based on milk, eggs and flour. The pie can be served as an independent snack or instead of bread for the first courses.

  1. Prepare all ingredients. Milk can be used with any fat content, vegetable oil - odorless.
  2. Sift the flour through a sieve into a deep bowl. Add baking powder. Stir.
  3. Break the eggs into a separate bowl. Add salt. Shake with a whisk until smooth. With potatoes, tomatoes, bell peppers and cheese
  4. Peel and rinse the potatoes. Grate with a coarse grater.
  5. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
  6. Add the grated potatoes to the beaten eggs. Stir.
  7. Pepper seeds and cut into small pieces.
  8. Make a cruciform cut at the top of the tomato. Dip in boiling water for 30-40 seconds. Remove from boiling water and dip in cold water. Peel the tomato. Cut into cubes.
  9. Add pepper and tomato to the egg and potato mixture. Stir.
  10. Rinse and dry the greens. Chop finely. I cut with stalks. Add to the rest of the ingredients. Stir.
  11. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.
  12. Cut the feta cheese into cubes.
  13. Add feta cubes to the rest of the ingredients. Stir.
  14. Pour in milk and vegetable oil. Stir.
  15. Add flour and baking powder.
  16. Stir.
  17. For baking, I use a 20 cm diameter baking dish.
  18. Line the bottom and side of the mold with parchment. Lay out the dough with vegetables.
  19. Sprinkle with grated hard cheese. Place in a preheated oven for 50-60 minutes at 180 degrees. The baking time depends on the power of the oven, the size of the piece and the material of the mold used.
  20. The snack pie is ready. Let cool slightly in the mold.
  21. Remove the pie to a platter and serve.
