Unusually delicious, hearty snack pie made from potatoes, mushrooms, eggs, cheese and sour cream. Tasty, satisfying and unusually beautiful. What you need for a good feast!

  1. First, chop two large onions.
  2. Chop the peeled potatoes with a vegetable grater and add half the chopped onion, two fresh eggs and two garlic cloves to it. Stir well and don't forget to salt.
  3. From the resulting potato mixture, you will need to fry 4 potato pancakes. I took a frying pan with a diameter of 22 cm.
  4. After you have fried 4 pancakes, let them cool well, while you yourself prepare the fillings.
  5. Chop the mushrooms, mix them with the onions, salt well and fry everything for 15 minutes. In the process of preparing the mushroom filling, add a couple of tablespoons of sour cream and leave to simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Prepare two other fillings. One filling will consist of grated eggs with fresh herbs. Don't forget to add some salt.
  7. The second filling is cheese with garlic.
  8. Add a spoonful of sour cream to all three fillings and mix well.
  9. We spread the snack cake-pie. To do this, smear each potato pancake with sour cream and put the filling in the following order: eggs with herbs - potato pancake, fried mushrooms with onions - potato pancake, cheese with garlic - potato pancake.
  10. Coat the finished potato cake with mushrooms and cheese with sour cream on top and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
