We offer a very quick recipe for making spaghetti bolognese with mushrooms.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Put a large saucepan with 5 liters of water on high heat, add 5 tsp. salt, cover and bring to a boil (about 15 minutes). In the meantime, start preparing the sauce.
  2. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices. Peel the onion, chop finely. Peel the garlic, cut in half. Put a large saucepan on medium heat, pour 2-3 tbsp into it. l. olive oil. After a minute, add onion, garlic and mushrooms. Fry, stirring occasionally, until the onions are transparent. Open a can of stewed meat, remove the jelly from it (no meat, fat and bay leaves need to be added) and put in a saucepan. Put tomato pulp, ketchup and oregano in the same place. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Cover the saucepan with a lid and leave over medium heat.
  3. Place the spaghetti in boiling water and cook until tender (usually takes 11 minutes.).
  4. Grind the beef tenderloin in a blender (you can also use a meat grinder, but always with very sharp knives). Put a frying pan on high heat, pour 2-3 tbsp into it. l. olive oil, heat very high and add the ground meat. Cook, stirring continuously and vigorously, until all the minced meat has completely changed color. Transfer it to a saucepan with tomato sauce, stir, simmer and remove from heat.
  5. Grate the parmesan on a coarse grater.
  6. Throw the spaghetti in a colander, dry. Put the saucepan where the pasta was cooked on the fire again, let it dry, pour in 1 tbsp. l. butter, immediately add the pasta and pour in the sauce. Cook, stirring continuously, for 1 minute, then taste and season to taste.
  7. Arrange the pasta in deep bowls, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, pour over with olive oil and serve. You can add greens as desired - flat-leaf parsley or green basil.
