  2. Peel the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes, send them to the onions, mix and put granulated sugar.
  3. I drain the water from the zucchini and add them to the tomatoes and onions, salt to taste. Cook until soft under a closed lid over low heat.
  4. Puree soft vegetables with a hand blender and add olive oil to taste.
  5. Boil the spaghetti in salted water, then put it in a colander to get rid of excess moisture. Add a piece of butter and stir.
  6. Put the spaghetti on a plate and pour over the cooked vegetable sauce, serve the dish hot and decorate with a sprig of herbs.
