Spaghetti with bell peppers for a quick light vegetarian dinner. It can be done in the heat or when you are unloading, i.e. do not eat meat! And if you add a bottle of red wine, then - a holiday!

  2. Cut the pepper into strips.
  3. Chop the onion, garlic, pepper.
  4. Fry the pepper and onion until soft, add the tomato paste diluted with water. Simmer for 10 minutes, add garlic and hot pepper.
  5. Cook the spaghetti while the sauce is stewing.
  6. Serve spaghetti with pepper and tomato sauce.
