One of the most famous dishes of Italian cuisine is pasta with carbonara sauce. There are many options for making the sauce, but the main ingredients are always the same: spaghetti, bacon, eggs, cream and parmesan. Cooking!

  2. Boil the spaghetti in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the package. Cook until cooked "Al dente", that is, almost until cooked.
  3. Finely chop the bacon and fry in butter. If desired, add 1-2 cloves of finely chopped garlic to the fried bacon.
  4. Mix until smooth the cream with eggs (or with yolks), salt and pepper.
  5. We send the finished spaghetti to the pan to the bacon and mix over low heat for about a minute and a half.
  6. Add the creamy egg mixture and mix. Stir well to prevent the egg from rolling. Cooking for about a minute.
  7. Place on plates and sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Enjoy your meal!
