The dish is interesting in that it is cooked in one pan, without first boiling the spaghetti. Dry pasta is placed in a frying pan with fried pieces of chicken meat and vegetables. During cooking, pasta is saturated with the flavors and aromas of related products. And as the liquid evaporates, it turns into a sauce that generously soaks the spaghetti and makes the dish complete!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare the necessary ingredients. You will also need 500 ml of boiling water.
  2. Rinse the chicken fillet, pat dry with a paper towel and cut into small cubes.
  3. Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken fillet pieces over high heat for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Rinse the sweet pepper, remove the internal partitions with seeds. Cut the pulp of the pepper into strips.
  5. Rinse the tomato, cut out the place of attachment of the stalk. Cut the tomato pulp into cubes.
  6. Place chopped peppers and tomatoes in a pan with chicken meat.
  7. Continue frying vegetables with chicken fillet over high heat for about 3 more minutes.
  8. Cut the peeled garlic clove into thin slices.
  9. Salt the contents of the pan, pepper to taste, add garlic.
  10. Continue to cook vegetables with chicken over medium heat until the tomatoes release enough juice (2 minutes).
  11. Put dry spaghetti in the pan and add bay leaf.
  12. Pour in boiling water (500 ml).
  13. Bring liquid to a boil. The spaghetti will soften a little and sink into the sauce.
  14. Spread the spaghetti all over the pan with a spoon.
  15. Cover the skillet with a lid, reduce the heat to low, and leave the dish until the spaghetti is cooked through and there is almost no liquid left. This will take 10-12 minutes.
  16. Divide the spaghetti with chicken, bell peppers and tomatoes into bowls and serve immediately.
  17. Bon appetit!
