Not sure how else to please your family? I suggest you learn how to cook spaghetti with minced meat. The recipe is simple, but the end result is a delicious and nutritious dish. Especially for men!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In order to cook delicious spaghetti, you need to fulfill three simple conditions: there must be at least 4 times more water than pasta; add a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil to boiled water and, finally, ready-made spaghetti should never be rinsed with water - neither hot nor even cold. Just put them in a colander and season with a couple more spoons of oil, and then shake the pan well several times - of course, you need to do this with the lid closed, otherwise the result may not please you. That, in fact, is all - you can start cooking!
  2. We peel the onion, cut it in your favorite way (I sometimes "shallow it", and it happens that I cut it into rather large half rings - it turns out delicious in either case).
  3. Fry the onion in a little vegetable oil. It shouldn't turn brown - it's slightly gilded, and it's time to add minced meat!
  4. It is best to take minced pork and beef - it will be neither dry nor fat, but just right. Fry it with onions for 5 minutes under the lid, then 10 minutes without it. Do not forget to stir, otherwise it will stick to the pan and will be "nekomilfo".
  5. Add soy sauce, spices and water to the pan. Stir and simmer under a lid over low heat for another 10 minutes.
  6. Add a couple of cloves of garlic passed through a press, mix, close the lid and leave to "rest" for 3-5 minutes.
  7. That's it, our spaghetti sauce is ready! Now you need to arrange hot pasta on plates, put aromatic juicy minced meat on top and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
  8. A great addition to this dish will be a salad of fresh vegetables, but with pickles it goes with a bang!
