Spaghetti with shrimps in a creamy tomato sauce is a simple dish for an everyday lunch or dinner. It cooks quickly, but it turns out delicious and even a little festive.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Put tomatoes, onions, chili peppers (flakes), basil, garlic and oil in a skillet, season with pepper. Put on medium heat.
  2. Add wine and cook until the wine has evaporated almost completely (there should be quite a bit of liquid left).
  3. Sprinkle the peeled shrimps with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  4. Fry the shrimp over medium-high heat until tender, it is literally 3-4 minutes.
  5. As soon as the liquid in the pan evaporates almost completely, add the cream to it.
  6. Immediately after that - shrimp.
  7. Cook the sauce for 2 minutes over medium heat, then add spaghetti, boiled until tender, to the pan.
  8. Stir, sprinkle with grated Parmesan and serve immediately. Enjoy your meal! :)
