Spanish Olive Salad

The Spaniards hardly eat their olives in this combination. But we do not strive for authenticity, we just want to come home a little early and quickly and quickly make ourselves something very, very tasty. For example, salad with olives, cheese and herbs.

  4. For dressing, cut the remaining olives into small pieces. Crush the cheese with a fork or rub through a sieve. Peel the greens from the stems, chop the leaves.
  5. Combine the cheese with cream, butter and grapefruit juice. Add spices and stir, gradually adding olives and herbs. Toss the contents of the cheese vinaigrette bowl and serve.
