  3. Add spinach, boil for another three minutes. Beat the dish with a blender.
  4. Wash tomatoes and peppers, cut into four parts, cutting out the stalk. We also cut the onion into four parts.
  5. Put the vegetables and garlic on a baking sheet. Stir in salt, sugar, olive oil. We bake at 180 degrees. Until fully cooked, about 30 minutes.
  6. Cool the baked vegetables slightly and place them in a blender bowl. You can add oregano and basil to taste. Beat until smooth. Additionally, grind the resulting puree through a sieve. To remove the seeds.
