Flourless biscuit roll is a real find for those who follow their figure. The dessert always comes out very tender, and most importantly, you can choose the filling for every taste.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Separate the whites from the yolks. We knock the proteins down to the peaks by adding a pinch of salt.
  2. Mix the yolks with starch, baking powder, sweetener and vanilla.
  3. Gently add the proteins to the mixture with the yolks.
  4. Pour the resulting dough onto a rectangular silicone mat with a layer of about 1 cm in thickness and set it to bake at 160-170 ° C for 15-20 minutes (depending on your oven). You can check the readiness by touching the biscuit, if it is strongly pressed, put it to bake. The biscuit should not turn out to be completely elastic, let it squeeze a little.
  5. Cooking the filling. Mix the pasty cottage cheese with sweetener (or honey, but this way is more nutritious). Add cocoa and berries to it if desired (only then press them to give juice). You can use yogurt, but not liquid yogurt, 2% fat will do.
  6. Spread the filling on the biscuit and roll it into a roll. Your dessert is ready. Enjoy your meal!
