Squid Salad with Pomegranates

The elegant serving of squid salad in glasses takes it to the next level. Such a dish can also be served on a holiday, just scald the onion with boiling water first or choose the sweetest red onion. It can even be quickly fried with a drop of vegetable oil until golden brown.

  1. Thinly chop the onion, place in a mixture of vinegar, butter and sugar for 1 tsp.
  2. Rinse the squids and lower for 4 minutes. into boiling water. Cool and cut into thin strips.
  3. Cut the apple into small cubes. Remove the seeds from the pomegranate. Combine yogurt, mustard, soy sauce and lemon juice. Salt. Combine apples, onions, squid, half of the pomegranate and dressing in a bowl, mix gently. Arrange salad in martini glasses and sprinkle with remaining pomegranate seeds on top.
