  1. Dip the washed squids into salted boiling water. Bring to a boil and cook for 20 seconds. We drain the water and let cool.
  2. Put peeled vegetables in one pan: mashed potatoes and large pieces of pumpkin with radish. After boiling, add some salt and immediately take out the pumpkin. Cook the potatoes until tender, after which we remove the radish from the pan.
  3. Cut the cooled pumpkin into cubes.
  4. Drain almost all the water from the potatoes, add milk and butter.
  5. Wielding a crush, we turn it into puree. Add salt if necessary.
  6. We cut the cooled radish.
  7. We measure out the required amount of peas.
  8. Pour all the vegetables into a saucepan for mashed potatoes and mix.
  9. Fill the squid with the minced meat, which we pour with ketchup on top.
  10. Those who find the dish not spicy can use seasonings or pour ketchup on the stuffed squid more abundantly.
