Squid stuffed with prosciutto rice

  1. Boil rice, fry chopped prosciutto in olive oil. Peel the chili and chop finely. Finely chop the onion and fry in olive oil until slightly golden brown.
  2. Combine rice, prosciutto, onion and chili. Add finely chopped herbs, salt and pepper.
  3. Rinse the squids, peel off the foil and stuff with the mixture. Put each squid on a piece of foil, brush with olive oil, sprinkle with herbs, wrap tightly and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
