SQUID WITH SPICES AND GREENS IN SOUTH SAUCE

  1. We clean the squid as it should be (remove the chord, clean the outer skin and inner film), wash the carcasses under running water, and then cut them into thin rings.
  2. Peel the onion, cut into half rings.
  3. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, put onion, fry until light golden, then put prepared squid rings on the onion.
  4. Add sour cream, salt and pepper to taste, and enrich the dish with dried oregano and basil. Simmer for 3 minutes under a closed lid.
  5. Serve squid on the table, decorate with fresh herbs.
  6. Eat to your health!
