  1. Cut the fish fillet into strips, cut the vegetables into cubes, boil the lettuce leaves in boiling water for a couple of minutes.
  2. Cut out the thick part of the lettuce leaf, put spinach leaves, pieces of fish, zucchini, pepper and celery, roll into a roll.
  3. Put the rolls in a double boiler, steam for 10-15 minutes.
  4. For the sauce, mix yogurt with zest, finely chopped herbs and crushed garlic.
  5. Serve the rolls with sauce. Enjoy your meal!
