  1. Divide the broccoli into inflorescences, cut the stalk into 1 cm cubes. Steam for 3-5 minutes: it should soften but remain crispy.
  2. Divide the salmon pulp into small segments, mix with broccoli.
  3. Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar and honey. Season broccoli with this mixture, place in bowls and sprinkle with flax seeds.
