Strawberries in Yogurt

Delicate peach yoghurt jelly with strawberries will delight the whole family.

Ingredients

• Peach yogurt - 750 ml
• Gelatin - 10 g
• Strawberry - 300 g
• Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp (optional)
• Confectionery sprinkles

Directions

1. Soak gelatin in 6 times the amount of water, leave until it swells.
2. Dissolve over low heat, mix with yogurt and powder.
3. Cut some of the strawberries into quarters (or halves, depending on the size of the strawberries) and arrange in vases.
4. Pour over the yoghurt mixture and refrigerate for a couple of hours. Decorate with strawberry slices and sprinkles. Enjoy your meal!
