If you haven't tried the sweet strawberry omelette yet, then you are missing out on a lot. Make an omelet with this recipe and your breakfast will sparkle with new colors.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. If you didn't find oatmeal, grind the oatmeal in a blender and sift through a sieve. You can also replace oat flour with wheat flour.
  2. Adjust the amount of sugar to your liking, depending on the acidity of the berries.
  3. Divide the egg into yolk and white.
  4. Use a mixer to beat the protein until firm peaks.
  5. Add milk to the egg yolk, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar and flour.
  6. Put the whipped protein there.
  7. Stir with a spatula until smooth.
  8. Rinse the strawberries, remove the tails. Cut the strawberries into quarters, leaving 2-3 berries to decorate the omelet when serving.
  9. Melt the butter in a skillet over low heat. Pour the egg mixture into a skillet and saute over medium heat for 2 minutes, until the omelet is browned underneath.
  10. Place chopped strawberries in half of the omelet. Sprinkle the remaining sugar on the strawberries.
  11. Cover the strawberries with the other half of the omelet.
  12. Fry the strawberry omelet for 30 seconds. Immediately remove the omelet from the pan before the strawberries let out a lot of juice! If the strawberry juice saturates the omelet, it will be difficult to transfer the omelet to the plate.
  13. Sprinkle the finished omelet with strawberries with powdered sugar, garnish with strawberries and mint leaves.
  14. Bon Appetit!
