Fruit salads are generally considered dessert ones. This dish, despite the fact that it contains strawberries, can be served at the beginning of lunch. All its components stimulate appetite and leave a pleasant refreshing aftertaste.

  1. Fruit salads are generally considered dessert ones. This dish, despite the fact that it contains strawberries, can be served at the beginning of lunch. All its components stimulate appetite and leave a pleasant refreshing aftertaste. 1. Wash and dry the zucchini, apple, cucumbers and strawberries. Cut the zucchini and cucumbers into large cubes. Cut the apple into 4 pieces, remove the core and cut into the same cubes. Set aside 2 strawberries, cut the rest in half. 2. Mash the set aside berries with a crush or fork, mix with yogurt. Place all ingredients in a bowl, season with yoghurt and stir. Garnish with young strawberry leaves before serving.
