Strawberry Yoghurt Cake is a very delicate dessert for those who love strawberries.
Ingredients
Directions
Let's start with the base of the cake. For this we take cookies.
Place the cookies in a blender and grind until crumbly.
Pour the crumbs into a separate container and add cocoa powder.
Melt the butter in a water bath.
Add melted butter and milk to the cookie and cocoa mixture. We mix.
We spread the resulting mass on the bottom of the mold, pack it tightly and put it in the refrigerator. I have a mold with a diameter of 19 cm.
Add gelatin to warm milk.
Stir and let the gelatin swell.
Whip yogurt, cottage cheese and powdered sugar in a blender.
Wash and de-stem the strawberries.
Finely chop the strawberries and add to the yogurt mixture.
We heat the milk with gelatin in a water bath and add to the general mixture. Mix well and put in the refrigerator to cool.
Whip cream until frothy.
Add the cream to the yogurt-strawberry mixture and mix thoroughly. Pour the resulting mousse into a mold and put in the refrigerator to harden for three hours.
Before serving, decorate the strawberry-yogurt cake with fresh strawberries and mint leaves. Let's go to the table.
