Who doesn't love baked potatoes! And ruddy potatoes, covered with a "cap" of melted cheese, absorbed the fat of the melted bacon, and in addition filled with a spread and baked quail egg in the future, will be to the taste of potato gourmets.

  1. Turn on the oven. It should warm up to 190 degrees. Cut off a narrow section of the top of the potato and the bottom for stability.
  2. Cut the cavity inside with a knife.
  3. Repeat these steps with all potatoes. Season them with salt and pepper.
  4. Cut the bacon into thin slices, cut off the skin.

  8. Break a quail egg into each potato.
  9. Send the potatoes back to the oven, this time for 7 minutes.
  10. Remove the dish from the oven again. Place the pieces of cheese on the baked eggs.
  11. Hold the potatoes in the oven for another 7 minutes. Check the readiness of the potatoes with a skewer for safety reasons.
  12. Potatoes stuffed with bacon and quail eggs are ready. A little fresh greenery will not interfere with the decor.
