Unusual, but very tasty summer salad with feta cheese dressing. It lacks the traditional cucumbers and tomatoes, but instead features crispy celery, tart radishes and a refreshing green apple. It will be a great addition to poultry kebabs.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 0Rinse the celery, remove 1–2 cm of the lower part of the petioles. Cut off the tails of the radish (the upper part with the stems can be left). Peel the apple and remove the seeds, cut into thin strips and immediately pour over the lemon juice so that it does not darken. Cut the celery into thin slices. Lightly crush the radishes with the bottom of a heavy glass so that they crack, but do not fall apart. Chop the greens. In a large bowl, combine butter, zest, herbs, yogurt and crumbled cheese. Add vegetables, stir. Let stand for 5-10 minutes. and serve.
