Very tender cutlets of three types of fish and spicy refreshing salsa.

Grind the bread into crumbs in a blender. Transfer to a bowl. Grind fish and parsley in a blender until they are coarsely minced. Add zest, salt, pepper and 2 tbsp. l. bread crumbs.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet and crush the garlic. Divide the minced meat into 4 parts and form balls, roll in the remaining breadcrumbs, giving them a flat shape.
Fry for 7 minutes on medium heat on both sides.
For salsa in a blender, grind chili (without seeds), tomatoes, green onions. Add salt, pepper and a little wine vinegar. Cut the cucumber and bell pepper into small cubes and add to the salsa. Add lime juice.
Serve cutlets with salsa. Enjoy your meal!
