Sweet peppers stuffed with juicy minced turkey with mushrooms and bulgur are perfect for a festive lunch or dinner. Both delicious and beautiful.

  1. Prepare minced meat from turkey meat. Pour bulgur with hot water and leave for half an hour to swell. You do not need to cook it.
  2. Prepare the stuffing for the minced turkey peppers, adding the swollen bulgur, an egg, chopped onion and garlic, thyme (or other favorite spices), about half of the finely chopped champignons. Gently mix everything, salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cut off the top of the peppers, remove the seeds. Fill with cooked minced meat. In a frying pan, fry the carrots, cut into cubes, pour in tomato juice, salt and add sugar and bay leaf. Boil. Taste it, it should be delicious.
  4. Place the stuffed peppers in a deep frying pan and pour over the tomato sauce. Cut some of the mushrooms in half and put in a pan with the peppers. Simmer until tender over medium heat, about 30-40 minutes from the moment of boiling. Enjoy your meal!
