If you didn't manage to build something grandiose for the dessert table for the New Year, take note of this recipe. Pre-made biscuit or muffins as a base, a few tangerines, caramel and yogurt for serving.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel all tangerines, remove white fibers. Divide 4 tangerines into wedges, squeeze out the juice from the rest.
  2. In a saucepan, mix 4 tbsp. l. drinking water with sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat and simmer until golden brown, about 18 minutes. Remove from heat and gently pour in hot juice. Be careful, caramel splashes!
  3. Add tangerine wedges to the caramel. Stir and cool slightly. Spread over the biscuit slices and put a spoonful of yogurt on top. Serve warm.
