Tartlets with ham and tomatoes

Tartlets are the first thing that spreads on the holiday table: they always look spectacular, and they are easy to take and eat.

Ingredients

• 12 sand tartlets;
• 100 g of ham;
• 80 g of cheese;
• 12 cherry tomatoes;
• 1 raw egg;
• 80 g of liquid sour cream;
• salt.

Directions

1. Ham and cheese are cut into small cubes and mixed.
2. Tartlets are filled with stuffing in half.
3. Cherry tomatoes are divided in half and placed on the filling.
4. The filling is prepared: sour cream is beaten with salt and egg.
5. Tartlets pour the prepared sauce and send it to a preheated oven to 190 ° C for 15 minutes.
