The classic homemade cheeseburger is very different from what fast food restaurants usually offer us. That is why it is worth learning how to cook it yourself! Once you taste a “homemade” cheeseburger, you will be truly enchanted by the combination of real juicy meat, soft toasted bun, crispy salad, fresh vegetables and melted cheese. Incredibly delicious! Of course, you shouldn't get carried away with such high-calorie food, but sometimes indulging in a classic cheeseburger prepared according to our recipe is not only possible, but also necessary.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare the mince for the base of the classic cheeseburgers. To do this, chop the beef very finely with a large knife or pass it through a meat grinder with a large grill. Place the meat in a large bowl.
  2. Cut the beef fat or lard into very small cubes. Add to a bowl with minced meat, salt and pepper. Knead the minced meat thoroughly, periodically beating it on the table.
  3. Divide the prepared burger mince into six equal portions. Moisten your hands with warm water and mold 6 patties. Flatten them down to make the cheeseburger patties 3cm thick.
  4. Heat the grill pan and brush it with vegetable oil. Arrange the burger patties and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side. Remove to a warm place before cheeseburgers are cooked.
  5. Wash lettuce and pat dry on a paper towel. Wash the tomatoes and cut into slices. Peel the white onion and cut into thin rings.
  6. Cut the pickled cucumbers into thin slices. Remove each slice of processed cheese from the packaging. Cut the cheeseburger buns in half across.
  7. Collect cheeseburgers. To do this, grease the slices of buns with butter and quickly fry in a grill pan. Remove them from the stove and place the onions, lettuce, hot patty and a slice of cheese over the bottom.
  8. Place the semi-finished cheeseburgers on a wire rack and keep in the oven at 200 ° C until the cheese begins to melt. Then transfer to a plate, spread the pickled cucumbers and tomatoes over the top. Cover with top buns and serve immediately.
