  1. Cut the meat into large pieces and place it in a bowl.
  2. Chop greens (parsley, dill, rosemary, basil, cilantro), add salt and pepper to taste, and mix.
  3. In a bowl with meat, add the prepared greens, honey, and lemon juice, and mix well.
  4. Put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
  5. Add sour cream, mix well again and place in a greased baking dish.
  6. Send in the oven and bake until done for about an hour
