You need to put more spices than usual, because kefir will "pull" them away. Remove the pork from the marinade, shake it off, place on a baking sheet lined with paper. Brush each piece of meat with mustard to taste. Cut the onion into rings, put on the meat. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, you can season with sour cream (but this option is quite fatty, I myself have already refused it - I just sprinkle the meat with cheese), put on top of the onion. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees until the meat is cooked (about 30 minutes).
