I went through many pizza dough recipes and found the perfect one! This dough is made quickly and easily, and it tastes great!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix butter, vegetable oil, milk, salt, flour and knead the dough. Flour may take more, you need to add during kneading until the dough stops sticking to your hands. The dough is similar to yeast dough for bread, but after baking it resembles a shortbread dough.
  2. Roll out the dough thinly, about 0.5 cm. I roll it out with a rolling pin, then on a baking sheet, slam it, stretch it to the brim, level it. The baking sheet must first be sprinkled with flour.
  3. Mix the tomato paste with 4-5 tbsp. l. water, add salt to taste, squeeze out the garlic (by the way, you can replace it with ketchup). Lubricate the surface of the dough with the resulting mixture.
  4. Cut tomatoes, onions, peppers, chicken meat into thin slices, of any shape (circles, half rings, stripes). Layer on the dough.
  5. Three cheese on a coarse grater, sprinkle the filling on top.
  6. We bake pizza at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes. I sprinkle the finished pizza with chopped herbs: just for beauty.
  7. Once again, I draw your attention: the main dough in the recipe, and in the filling you can put everything that is in the refrigerator to your taste.
