This is an appetizer for both a romantic evening and meeting with friends! I have been using this recipe for many years, I have improved it to my taste and my home. And we all love to eat deliciously, so take this recipe into your piggy bank!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Thaw tiger shrimp tails (if yours is not fresh), peel them leaving the last phalanx with a tail. Make an incision along the back and remove the intestine
  2. Prepare spices. Crush 4-6 large cloves of garlic with a knife and cut into small cubes (garlic press will not work), I added about a teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper, 1 teaspoon of adjika, a couple of teaspoons of sesame
  3. Mix all the spices with shrimp, add 4 tablespoons of olive oil (vegetable oil is also possible, but olive oil is better)
  4. Cover with foil and leave to marinate for 10 minutes
  5. Put in a hot skillet without adding oil (you have it in the marinade)
  6. Fry on both sides
  7. Place on a serving plate. Have a nice "Appetitto"
