A very tasty and cute tilapia appetizer on skewers, in a fragrant marinade and in zucchini slices! Easy and quick to prepare for the arrival of guests, and a very healthy dish!

  1. Cut the tilapia fillet into strips 2-2.5 cm wide. Put the fillets in a bowl, add salt to taste, add lemon and lime zest, pepper, mustard, cinnamon and garlic. Stir and leave for 30 minutes.
  2. Cut the zucchini into thin slices using a special knife. Roll the tilapia strips into a roll and wrap tightly in a zucchini, fix the ends by stringing them on skewers. Warm up the pan well, greasing it with a little oil. Fry skewers with fish from all sides, literally until light crust on each side, until tender.
  3. Serve warm with white sauces.
