Until recently, an Italian dessert, little known in our country, now breaks all popularity records. Perhaps this is just the "forbidden fruit" effect, which is known to be the sweetest. After all, the obligatory ingredients of tiramisu, mascarpone cheese and amaretto liqueur are not sold everywhere and cost a lot. But whoever really wants to, he will surely achieve success, bypassing all obstacles. And we will help you.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Boil 150 ml of water, add coffee, bring to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Let it brew for 3-4 minutes, strain the coffee through 2-3 layers of cheesecloth. Add 1 tbsp. l. liquor.
  2. Separate the yolks from the whites. Whisk the yolks with the icing sugar and the remaining liqueur until they form a thick foam. Inject mascarpone carefully. Beat the egg whites separately until they become thick foam, add to the resulting mass and mix.
  3. Break the biscuit into pieces and drizzle with coffee and liqueur. The cookies should be soaked until soft, but not creep into porridge.
  4. Place a layer of coffee-soaked cookies on the bottom of wide glasses. Then a layer of cooked cheese cream. Again - a layer of cookies and a layer of cream. Sprinkle a little cocoa powder on top through a fine sieve. Refrigerate for at least 2.5 hours. Serve cold.
