Tiramisu is one of the most beloved desserts in the world. Here is a homemade version of this wonderful dish. This is how it is prepared in Italian families.

  1. Beat the yolks until stiff, creamy.
  2. Whisk the mascarpone cream in a separate bowl. Confectionery cream differs from ordinary cream in that it allows you to extend the shelf life of the dessert. At home, the usual 33% will do. Bring the mascarpone cream until smooth, add the yolks with powdered sugar to them and work with a whisk again.
  3. We make coffee, pour Amaretto there to taste. We take any shape and coat it with cream. (Italians generally use a salad bowl, in Probka they follow the same rule and prepare this dessert exclusively in a large bowl, making serving a portion of tiramisu a real ritual.
  4. Then we dip the Savoyardi cookies in not very hot coffee and put them in the chosen dish. Top layer of cream. And so twice. Cookies - cream. Sprinkle with cocoa and garnish with mint.
