Dessert tiramisu, whose name translates as "lift me up," is the perfect dessert to cheer you up. You can cook it all year round, but in winter tiramisu is more relevant than ever: airy cookies soaked in natural coffee and delicate butter cream give a good mood twice as fast.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare the mousse: the yolks with sugar, stirring with a whisk, bring in a water bath to a temperature of 85 degrees. Beat the mixture until fluffy, cool and add the mascarpone cheese.
  2. Beat the cream with a mixer into a fluffy dense mass. Add cream to the yolk mass and mix with a silicone or wooden spatula until smooth.
  3. Soak the Savoyardi cookies with espresso and put them in a mold tightly to each other. Lay out the mousse on top and level it. We kill in the refrigerator for an hour and a half.
  4. Sprinkle tiramisu with some powder through a fine strainer and decorate with pistachios.
