  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Dissolve coffee in 80 ml of hot water, cool. (You can add cognac to your coffee if you like.)
  3. Pour the cream (chilled) into a deep container and beat with a blender until stable peaks. Add powdered sugar (to taste, more than indicated in the recipe), mix.
  4. Add the mascarpone to the whipped cream and mix the cream with a spoon or a blender whisk at low speed until smooth.
  5. Cream for tiramisu should be moderately thick and stick on a spoon.
  6. Dip savoiardi cookies in coffee with one side and put in a container or in portioned bowls with the wet side up, the cookies are gradually soaked evenly.
  7. Spread half of the cream on top.
  8. Make another layer of biscuits dipped in coffee. Also lay it out wet side up.
  9. Spread out the rest of the cream.
  10. Coarsely grate chocolate on top. (You can sprinkle tiramisu with cocoa powder or cocoa mixed with sugar.)
  11. Put the prepared tiramisu dessert in the refrigerator to soak for 5-6 hours or overnight.
  12. After the tiramisu is well soaked, remove the dessert from the refrigerator, cut into a container and carefully arrange in portions on plates.
