If you take canned tomatoes (1 can) for making the soup, then they should be put together with the juice in the prepared milk sauce, add 2 cups of vegetable broth and cook as indicated above. Tomato paste (100 grams) for soup should be put in the prepared milk sauce, add 2 cups of water or vegetable broth and cook for 15-20 minutes, then rub through a sieve and season with salt and butter.
