Tomato soup with rice and herbs

  1. Pour the veal with cold water and bring to a boil. Remove foam, add salt, pepper, bay leaf and cook for 2.5 hours.
  2. Rinse the rice and add to the broth. Cook for 20 minutes.
  3. Remove the skin from the tomatoes, cut into wedges and simmer with vegetable oil, salt and pepper. Add to broth.
  4. Chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil. Add to soup and cook for 15 minutes.
  5. Season the finished soup with sour cream and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
