Tortillas on kefir, with potatoes and feta cheese

Very tasty filling of potatoes and feta cheese (cheese), tender dough on kefir - all these are khychins! We fell in love with these wonderful cakes! Khychins are prepared in a dry frying pan, everything is simple and quick!

  1. We put to boil potatoes in their uniform.
  2. How to cook cakes with kefir, with potatoes and feta cheese:
  3. Combine flour, salt and soda. We send the egg to the kefir and stir it.
  4. Add kefir and melted butter to flour. Knead soft dough.
  5. You may need more flour than 2 glasses (it took me about 100 g more).
  6. Let the dough rest for 20-30 minutes, wrapped in plastic wrap.
  7. Knead hot potatoes.
  8. Add the grated (crumbled) feta cheese, mix well.
  9. Divide the dough into equal pieces. Lightly knead a portioned piece, put the filling in the middle (it should be the same as the dough).
  10. Raise the edges of the dough and pinch.
  11. Roll out thin cakes and fry them in a dry frying pan.
  12. Grease the finished cakes with butter.
  13. Khychins on kefir, with potatoes and feta cheese are ready.
